WMI Query and MS User Profile Disks

Hi,

We are experiancing some issues with a new Remote Desktop Enviorment using user profile disks.

UPD = User Profile Disk

Some times when a user logs off his UDP does not get detatched so when he logs back in the UPD is in use so it does not get attached on another server

So why am I writing here ?

because the more I research the more it point to Solarwinds and WMI !

Any idea why WMI queries would be looking into C:\users\<UserName> for users

and locking disk detach ?

The pattern is Solarwinds is pulling data at the same time a user logs off and there for the UPD does not get detached !

I suspect that Solar is is pulling the disks with WMI and this is the result.....

any idea how to fix/bypass ?
