Unable to View AWS Cloud Global Thresholds in SAM

We recently added AWS environment into monitoring. We added the IAM account with all the desired permissions and everything works fine, we are able to see all the instances and Volumes except the global thresholds which is not loading. Below is the screenshot of the error message, can anyone help!!!
