Solarwinds and Service-Now integration

Hello,

I am testing Service-Now integration. It works right. I would like to add into close notes some variables, for example ${N=Alerting;M=DownTime}. It seems that Close noted does not support an custom variables.

Has anyone any idea how get custom variable to close notes?
