SolarWinds DB on Non MS SQL

Can SolarWinds DBs be based on Non MS SQL server? I am not talking about monitoring other DBs, but the own DB of SolarWinds Orion.

No it can't.
At least it won't be supported in case you get it to start up. Read the Requirements here NPM 12.0 system requirements - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support
