I downloaded an SSL certificate template from thwack and assigned to a few nodes which utilize certificates. The goal is to retrieve the Number of days remaining for the certificate to expire. I followed all the right steps, even successfully tested the template on a node, but couldn't get it to work on the Orion website for that node. There was a small "info" button in yellow next to it saying "Due to licensing constraints, the data from this monitor is withheld. Contact customer support". What does this mean? I am licensed for and using APM 4.2.
