SSL Cert Expiration Monitor Faling

I have several SSL Cert Expiration monitors that are failing with the following error:
"Unexpected error occurred. SocketException caught. SocketError: TimedOut. Exception message: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

the monitor is only failing on this one server which has multiple IPs (multiple websites hosted on this box).
WMI seems to be working on this server, so i'm not sure what the issue is.

Anyone know a fix for this?

Is it working if you use a browser on the orion server? Can you reach the websites then?

Or powershell "test-netconnection [hostname/ip-address] -port 443"

Thanks for the reply @Seashore

test-netconnection works, TcpTestSucceeded returns True from the polling engine.

And yes, i can reach the sites on the orion server.

any other ideas?

Hmmm, and I guess you try this from the Polling Server that is handling this node? If you have additional polling engines...

Have you tried turning on debug and check the log? (Do you know how where to find that log?)

Otherwise, sorry I have no idea. Strange....
