SMTP maillog file monitoring for RTT of mail received and sent at SMTP server

Dear Experts

We have a situation where we have to monitor SMTP server "maillog" file for the Round trip time of a mail to measure the "mail received at SMTP server" and "Mail sent from the SMTP Server", which can be measured only from the maillog file as it has a unique number against each email and in log file it shows the mail entered time in SMTP and then mail sent out from the SMTP server.

For example below is the output of a maillog file, with "p937blksdh3" as unique number.  we want to measure that each such unique Email reference number has taken how much time. we  want to finally measure messages which took more than 1 hr. at SMTP server.

Jan 11 07:43:34 server-example sendmail[12732]: p937blksdh3: to=<someuser@recipientdomain.com>, delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=102537, relay=mta.recipientdomain.com. [12.34.56.78], dsn=5.7.1, stat=Service unavailable

Any help much appreciated if this can be monitored using Solarwinds without any scripting at OS side.

thanks.
