SAP HANA mononitoring with SAM

Hi everyone,

I got encounter some issue to monitor our SAP HANA database monitoring with SAM. I am getting the following error message when i tried to monitor the sap hana services. I followed all the step via this link still the same error. But there is no issue with database connection via ODBC when i tried from window ODBC and try to connect database. Could anyone give advise if anything I missed out and you guys encounter this issue before?

Hello,
First off, your screenshot doesn't show the entire error so it's hard to recommend a solution.
Secondly, I recommend that you open up a SAM support case on this to get help from our support team especially if this is high priority.
