Do we have a certain upgrade path for a older version of SAM to the newer version?
We have a 2019.4 version and our current prod is in 2017.x version.
What I did was,
Took a backup of the MS SQL DB from the prod which is in 2017.x.
Restored that copy into MS SQL DB that supports 2019.4 environment.
Did not have any issues with the restore into the RDS from the prod RDS DB.
But the SAM is failing to come up.
Is there a way to resolve this issue?
