I updated my Orion environment to 2020.2 and my SAM application polling stopped after update. None of the application polling and SAM license also not showing in License details . However License manager showing the details and also i can see SAM installed in control panel. Raised system down ticket but not yet recieved any response from solarwinds support. Also trying to call support but no response from past hour. Raise case with support team .support case #00608425.
Anyone faced this issue in 2020.2. SAM settings also not accessible
