I am to monitor the following services for my companies document management system
Application Servers:
- imFmaSvc = Cluster Service
- imDmsSvc = DM App Server
Active Directory Integration:
- imDmsSvc = DM App Server
- imDsSyncSvc = Directory Service Sync Service
Email Filing Services:
- imFmaSvc = Cluster Service
- imEmailSvc = Email Filing Services
- SMTPSVC = SMTP Service
And since HP/Autonomy apparently don't believe in OID/MIBS to do this, I am going to have to use the real time event log viewer or is there another when I can tell if the above named services are in trouble?
I have tired doing the real time event log view but it keeps telling me that the Could not reach JobScheduler service after 3 retries. I have tired the wmi logon and inheriting the credentials but neither of those work. So am I stuck again.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
