SAM all of the sudden can't get to Thwack?

Out of the blue, as I was getting templates from Thwack for my SAM installation, it ceased to communicate with Thwack.com. I logged into the server interactively and verified that I can browse the site, but from within the SAM web interface, it can't get anything. How do I fix this?

I'm not having any difficulty downloading templates from Thwack through SAM. Can you try again to see if the issue persists?

The issue has persisted for about a week or more.

Since this is the only reported case of this occurring I'm going to assume it's environmental. From the Orion Server are you able to access the following URL?
