SAM 2020.2 Agent deployed using golden image - certificate exchange issue

Dear SAM experts,

We are installing Soalrwind sagent as part of defined golden image approach, and after new cloned server is rebooted , solarwinds agent is running fine inside the server, But it is not getting connected to Solarwinds platform automatically, looks like agent not bale to request and get the certificates back.

0/07/09 18:02:01.747 PID: 1952 TID: 1956 [WARN] ewCertMgmt::AcquireContextHelper_t::Acquire - CryptAcquireContext failed, error [0x57]
20/07/09 18:02:01.747 PID: 1952 TID: 1956 [ERROR] ewCertMgmt::CryptoAPIHelpers::getPrivateKey - failed, error [0x57]
20/07/09 18:02:01.747 PID: 1952 TID: 1956 [WARN] ewCertMgmt::clientcertificatecache::ValidateCertificate - key size [0], returns flag [0]

Things are ok, after updating the agent setting from Control Panel, Could any have any pointers to check on this issue.

FYI: no firewall blocks in between  new server and Orion platform, Also

Allow automatic agent registration
 is set as ON
  • During agent installation as part of golden image approach, once agent got installed . it tries to communicate with solarwinds Orion platform to get certificates, but due to some delay in network availability  the initial action is not going through.. After adding a delay of 5 minutes into the Task scheduler execution, Things are fine now
