Can someone please tell me what the supported components are for the response time statistic? I can't find this information anywhere. I want to know if I can configure this or use an actual calcuation for my Windows Script Monitor (vbscript).
Thanks for responding to my post. I'm using a windows script monitor to test a website to make sure it is up and functioning. I discovered late yesterday that by default, windows script monitor is not a supported component for the response time statistic. That's really too bad because that statistic information would be beneficial. Is there any way to calculate this?
Well, you could program a timer into your script to print the elapsed time as a statistic.
Or you can test your web site using the HTTP monitor as the testing component. Is there any reason you can think of that the HTTP monitor will not work to test whether your web site is up?
Thanks for your response. I will try coding a timer in my vbscript.
Unfortunately, the HTTP monitor won't work because the website is not pure html so it won't work.
