Question about HTTPS monitor 400 errors

I'm not sure what the resolution to this is. Maybe someone else has experienced this. We are monitoring some HTTPS sites, three to be precise, which are hosted behind a Content Delivery Network. The first monitor is looking at the parent URL and the other two monitors are looking at child sites. Several times a day, the sites will return a HTTP 400 Bad request status. They don't all return a 400 error at the same time. it will move from one site to the next in succession. I can hit the sites fine with a browser while Orion is showing them 'down'. A 400 error is typically client side. Any idea what's going on here?
