Pushing Notes to a Node

Hello,

I've recently started doing some integrations with the SAM platform and would like to make use of the "Top 5 Notes" widget, but I cant seem to figure out what property I need to push in order to add a note for a node. I can add custom properties without issue and do other management functions, does anybody off hand know how I might be able to accomplish this?
