Post NPM 12.0 and SAM 6.2.4 upgrade, unlimited sam license showing "unlicensed" components

Well the subject line says it most...

After our upgrade to NPM 12.0 and SAM 6.2.4 which was mostly uneventful, I noticed that some components of sam templates were greyed out. On a deeper look they show as being "not licensed"

We have an unlimited SAM license.

Any thoughts?
