Orion Server APM Template failure after upgrade to Orion 10.2

I just upgraded a customers Orion system to version 10.2

They are also running APM 4.2

After the upgrade, the Orion Server Template in APM reports that the SW Network Performance Monitor service is down,

while all of the other services in the template are up. I have temporarily disabled just this service so that APM won't show that the whole template is down.

I don't see a newer template on Thwack.com yet.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
