Monitor individual processes by CPU on a multi core Windows 2012 server

I would like to use SAM to show a detailed view of all processes running on each of the 8 CPUs to determine which processes is pegging CPU2 at 95% while the other 7 CPUs are mostly idle. This is a Microsoft Direct Access server running as a VM on Nutanix.

How would you identify that without solarwinds. I've not looked into it before but is there a command line function or powershell script that would even tell us which process are associated with each CPU?
