LANDesk Integration with SolarWinds

We would like to integrate SolarWinds with LANDesk to create tickets when a node goes down and automatically close that ticket when the same node comes back online. I do not any clear information on internet. The below link also does not provide clear steps to integrate with LANDesk. Could anyone of you please shed light on the same?
