Kubernetes licensing

I am trying to monitor our Docker containers using SAM. I have seup the necessary permissions and confirmed we have free SAM component licenses.

When I try monitor them I'm see this is the logs:

orion-orionaggregator | time="2020-06-01T11:32:53Z" level=error msg="Error checking product license, 400 Bad Request"
orion-orionaggregator | time="2020-06-01T11:32:53Z" level=warning msg="There is no valid SAM or VIM license. Polling is skipped."

What am I doing wrong?

Yes, we have 157 free SAM component licenses free.

We had the same issue due to not having the required firewall ports open to the APE.
Allow all outbound communication from orchestrator machines on the following ports:
17778: SolarWinds Information Service (SWIS) API (should already be done)
17799: SolarWinds Cortex REST API to track time series data
10255: Listening port for the Kubernetes (Kubelet) agent.
Kubernetes (K8s), including Microsoft Azure Kubernetes (AKS):
4043: Target port/Container port (internal Docker communication)
30043: Node port (internal Docker communication)
