Is there any API for Orion monitoring software?

Hello to everyone. Is there any API for Orion monitoring software?

For example: I want to add new node

1. I do not use GUI and just run some my self-written script

2. My script asks me for node name\ip

3. After that it connects to Oring monitoring server, doing query like monitoring-server/.../Default.aspx and adds new node
