IIS Availability going to unknown state continuously

Orion 2019.2 HF2

SAM 6.9.1

Agent 2.2.860.0

We've got the agent running on an IIS 10.0 (Windows Server 2016) web server in a DMZ.

We've been having Microsoft IIS Application Availability go into an unknown state for several minutes at a time, then comes back, then goes unknown, etc.

I have tried to reset iis and add the Application again.

Has anybody experienced this or know the fix for it?

If you turn on debug logging for the assigned instance of AppInsight for IIS it should give you a better idea of why it is going into an unknown state https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article…
