How do i get at the data from the API poller

Essentially i want to query the database directly from an external tool to return if solarwinds reports the REST API of my target is up/down and the current value that is being returned

Similar to APM_CurrentApplicationStatus shows me the up/down of other SAM monitors

or APM_Nodes gives me all the node information
