What is the reason that causes this error, the collection is made by WMI.

To verify this isn't a problem with SAM please use a tool like WMI Explorer, and look for the HPQ namespace. If it's not the list of available namespaces, then it's likely that the HP WBEM Providers have not been installed.

Yes, removed and then reinstalled.

I'll see a program to test this monitoring. Why not confirm that pe a problem in Orion.

Thank the server to do this procedure does not show the WBEM Providers installed.

Based on the screenshot it appears that this is an HP Server with Hardware Health monitoring enabled. The error message is stating that this device is polled via WMI but the HP Namespace in WMI is missing and not available to poll. You may want to consider uninstalling HP's System Insight Agent software from that node and installing the latest version to see if that resolves the problem.

Hello, upgraded to version 9.2 and not solved.

Did you uninstall the previous version before you upgraded? HP's SIM Agent upgrade is a simple file replacement. You will need to uninstall then upgrade to repair any issues related to the agent software.
