HTTP Form Login Monitor with 3 fields

I have a customer that is trying to set up monitoring for one of their webpages, but the form has 3 fields (system, user, pass). There is no trickery, all three are visible from the start. I am not sure how to set up the monitor to work with three fields or if its even possible. If it isnt, is there an option that is available (that isnt SEUM)?

I had to write a powershell script that ran an Invoke-WebRequest to see the forms available on the page. From there you pass the values for the three fields and then run another Invoke-WebRequest to post…

I had to write a powershell script that ran an Invoke-WebRequest to see the forms available on the page. From there you pass the values for the three fields and then run another Invoke-WebRequest to post the form. Also, since this was a javascript site I had to use fiddler to figure out the actual URL for the login form. There is a bunch of redirection that occurs and its hard to see if you dont use fiddler.
