Download Speed Monitor

I've just created a new Download Speed monitor between two servers on either end of our WAN.

Its working really well but I have a basic question, is it the response time or the statistic data that give the time it takes for the monitor to complete each data transfer?

The response time is how long the component script took to execute. Statistics is the value the component/script gave back to orion.

So if the statistic data is showing 115 thats the length of time I assume in seconds to complete the transfer?
