the User Experience (UX) team is interested in understanding how you currently use the All Active Alerts and/or All Triggered Alerts resource, and showing you some updated designs to get your feedback. We're conducting quick 30 minute feedback sessions this Thursday and Friday, March 30 and 31, with anyone who uses this resource currently.Preference will be given to
- people who have not participated in a feedback session with UX for at least 4 months
- people who currently have/use what they would call a NOC view with this resource on it (this doesn't have to mean you have 60" TV monitors, although a few folks with that would be nice)
As always, participants will get an expresso and a puppy, oops--I mean, 2000 thwack points, but also as always, the best part is you get to make a difference in the products you use every day! To participate, send me an email at kellie.mecham@solarwinds.com with your name, your role, the SolarWinds products you own, and the time slot(s) which work for you. We will only have 1 person per time slot as these are individual feedback sessions.
