Disabled Components still cause Application to be listed as Critical

Hey All,

We are using the SAM AppInsight Template for SQL to monitor our SQL servers. We are running into an issue where disabled components still cause the Application health to be listed as critical. Our DBAs have decided that ShrinkSpace is not a valuable metric to monitor. See the screenshots attached to this post.
