Hi,
I recently contacted support and the answer that i got was that it was all or nothing. Basically we have a Health sensor that is showing up as failed, the engineers do not want to try to disable this as it will entail more work on top of the million other projects that they currently have on thier plates.
But is there a way to turn only one hardware health sensor from solar winds, if so, how. If there isnt a way, will this functionality improvement be implemented into a solar winds upgrade?
Details on the hardware sensor that i need to disable, its basically a battery that is located on a RAID controller...
