We're using APM to monitor our DNS servers. Everything was working fine until last weekend. When it started to generate messages that said: "response message formatted incorrectly, receive failed. Invalid DNS response format".
What's happening? No one is reporting problems with the DNS server. How can we fix this?
Can you open a ticket with support? They'll be able to pull some diagnostic information that shuld give us a little more insight into what the problem is.
