Creating separate server group for different alerting threshold and response?

Hi All,

Can anyone here please share some steps and the documentation in how to create a separate group like:

Critical 24x7 Servers --> Alert Trigger to PagerDuty & ITSM ticketing
Business Hours Servers --> Alert Trigger to ITSM ticketing
Testing Servers --> Alert Trigger to Email Distribution List only.

How to segregate the nodes in the SAM for the above structure without re-adding the nodes manually one by one?
