Create Report - Specific Windows Event ID

Hello Guys

I am trying to create a report which provides information on a specific event log id. I noticed in the forum persons were referencing a template which may help with this. Could you identify where I can download or gain access to this template. I am trying to create a report which identifies any Windows server that triggers a 6008 id.

I have created the alert as seen below, however I am unable to find a parameter to create the report

Hi,
Do you have the event ID already monitored in SAM? If its not there you may need to create a new template, add the component 'Windows Event Log Monitor' and configure the same for evet ID 6008.
To create new Template All Setting -> SAM Settings -> Create a new template.
Once the template is create with the component configured assign the same to the servers required. This will start monitoring the event ID in those servers. Then you can create the reports as you have shown where instead of Appinsight you may need to select the name of the template you have created.
