Confusing value and alert Azure Cloud VM state: Critical ?

Hi All,

Using the latest Solarwinds SAM 2020.2.1, I have now enabled the Azure Monitoring. However, it is always triggering the below alert for each and every VM I've got every few minutes:

Current state of Azure Cloud VM SQL-DB01 in canadaeast: Critical.

These cloud instance elements are experiencing issues:
Platform: Windows
Instance Type: Standard_E16-8s_v3
Public DNS Name:

These metrics are affecting the overall instance status:
Disk Read Status: Critical
Disk Write Status: Critical

What defines it as Critical?
Is it the Disk IOPS or latency in ms.
