CPU Peak Load - Time Period Calculation

Hello,

Help needed. Is there anyway that we can find the start time & end time of the PEAK CPU Load...?

Lets say the Peak CPU reached 100% on a particular time period of the day. Now, we need to figure out how long the 100% peak lasted (Start time & End time).

Is there any way to figure this out by any means..?
