Application Monitor install error

Running Windows Server 2003.

Orion NPM 8.1.0

Trying to install the Application Monitor that I d/l from the website just today. It bombs out with error:

1155:File <path of some file it is trying to find>

Only option is to OK to close the window. Anyone have any clue as to what file it is looking for and why this is bombing out right after starting the install? It doesn't even ask any questions. Any help is appreciated.
