I have done this before but forgot how to get to the place that it can be done. How do I remove the sites that are off from monitoring? I probably will figure this out once I hit enter here but I am completely forgot right now. Thank you Thwackers!!

You could try to remove the alert manually to see if it pops out again.
After your post I went to check all my IIS monitors and I noticed that all of them were in UP state but all Sites were in Unknown state, I tried unmanaging them and any other tricks I could think of but removing the monitor form node and re-adding was the only thing that helped me.
Not sure what caused that, I would suspect recent upgrade to SAM 6.7 but not 100% sure.
Unfortunately SolarWinds have lot of issues with coming back from Unknown state.
One thing I just started looking at were the different states available. I was using IIS State is equal to stopped but I am thinking maybe to change the trigger to down instead. So it will send out when the site is down but not sure what state IIS will report if the site goes down - if its 'down' or 'stopped'
