Good Afternoon,
We are attempting to setup AppInsight for Exchange on an Exchange mailbox server in our environment. Our Exchange admin has gone through the steps in this article: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/SAM/Content/SAM-Manually-Configuring-Exchange... however we are using HTTP. We are in the final step of the article for testing the application, however we receive the following error:
WinRM test was successful.
PowerShell Exchange web site testing failed with the following error:
Connecting to remote server (Server's IP) failed with the following error message : The WinRM client cannot process the request. It cannot determine the content type of the HTTP response from the destination computer. The content type is absent or invalid. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.
Does anyone have any ideas/tips on how to work around the error above? Any and all information is appreciated!
Thank you,
- Trevor
