Facing an issue with the agent service installed on few servers. It shows connected and agent is running when checked under manage agents. although when utilization report is fetched it shows no past data and when checked for the list resources for that server the agent shows installing and the screen freezes. This has been observed for few servers only. I have tried restarting the agent services for that server, still the issue persists.
Can anyone suggest troubleshooting for the same?
