Additional Pollers & Web

HI All,

Wondering if someone could explain this to me.

I am about upgrade SAM and NPM to the latest version and i noticed that there are additional Pollers such as

Server and Application Monitor

SAM Additional Poller

SAM Additional Web

Network Performance Monitor

Orion NPM Additional Poller

Orion NPM Additional Web

What is in these pollers that is not in the whole install package of NPM or SAM and what is the difference between the Poller and Web?

The additional poller and web downloads are used if you have an additional web server or polling engine deployed in your Orion environment. If you do not have these components, then you don't have to…

The additional poller and web downloads are used if you have an additional web server or polling engine deployed in your Orion environment. If you do not have these components, then you don't have to worry about those installers.
