APM CPU Web Resource Slowness

Question

Hello - Anyone having a slowness with a 7 day graph of the APM SNMP CPU Web resource? I have spent considerable time troubleshooting the SQL that makes the graph. On my instance SQL server is using a different execution plan when running the query manually vs. the query that is being executed via the Web. The query takes 2 seconds when run manually and ~ 1 minute when run from the web. I have tried to rebuild the index's on the tables but that did not change the execution plans. Opened 227045 for this issue. Interested if anyone else is having the issue. I have attached the execution plans and queries to the ticket. I can post them here if anyone is interested.

Hello,

do I understand correctly that you are having problems with 'MIN/MAX Average CPU Load' resource on Component Details view? If yes, then it looks like a known issue which was recently fixed in APM 4.0.2. The SQL query has been rewritten to perform much faster when loading data for longer period of time (for example 1 month).

There is already APM 4.0.2 RC1 available. If you would like to try it, then just ask for it in the support case.
