APM 2 - How to Update Node Status and Network Map

Hi Folks,

I'm running APM v2 and NPM 9 SP2.

I have 3 veritas HA clusters each with an active and standby node. I'd like to be able to configure APM / NPM so that the active node in each cluster is green and the standby node is non-green (yellow or grey). This would be determined based on the existance or non-existance of specific Application processes and or services on each of the Windows 2003 servers.

Can NPM's node status (colour) and Network Map Node status (colour) be determined by APM process/services? If so how can this be done?

This is not possible with this version.

Is this feature on the roadmap? I too would very much like the ability to have APM change node status color on the network map.

Yep.
You're about to ask "when"? It's coming in the second half of 2009. Developers are furiously typing away on this very code as I respond to you.
