Percentage Uptime Report using Orion Report Writer

I am trying to create a report that uses SNMP location information pull an average uptime report. I will include the report I have created in Excel with this post. I would like to pull the data, export it to an Excel spreadsheet and hand it off to the execs on a weekly basis.
