Hello! I'm Caroline, and I've been working for SolarWinds in various roles on the Support Team since 2007, and absolutely love it here.
I started with Solarwinds as a Technical Support Engineer, a bright-eyed SNMP geek with a love of problem solving and a World of Warcraft habit.
Some of you may remember me as Caroline Doyle when I was working tickets on the queues - these days, I go by my married name of Caroline Toomey and spend my days analyzing data - as the Support Teams Analyst, the customer experience is always at the heart of everything I do.
Still haven't nixed that Warcraft habit though - I've added to it instead with Dragon Age and Elder Scrolls :)
