"When down, alert after" should also affect webhooks

It would be very nice, to have the "When down, alert after" setting also affecting the alerting via webhooks. This setting currently only applies to the email notifications, that's a little bit irritating.

rhe This has been implemented. If you get in contact with support they can turn it on for your account. For new accounts the feature will be automatically enabled.
