Maintenance schdule after the fact, so it does not skew metrics on uptime

Adding this per support request 242494.

We have strict SLA's with our customers on uptime metrics. If we encounter a outage without knowing about a scheduled maintenance event. It would be nice to have a option to go back in date and time to set a schedule, so it does not impact the uptime metrics.
