Could you add a feature so that there's a way to lower the importance or change who gets alerted on an Uptime monitor during certain times of the day. During the hours of 2am to 6am very few users are on our systems and so we don't want to get critical alerts (helpdesk tickets/text alerts) during that time. However, we would still like to get email notices and want the outages logged during that time, so that we are aware of the issues, so we don't want to put the monitors in full maintenance mode.
