It'll be a good option to have if the ping and the transaction test when become a intermittent we receive an alert.
For instance, we have a ping test that will send a alert when down after 5 minutes and or have x downtimes in a period.
bellow I'll try to do a scenario:
When down, alert after: 5 minutes
OR
Alert after 5 downtimes in a hour
