Support & in Transaction Urls

Currently if you configure a transaction check with "Go to URL http://example.com/test123?test1=test2&test3=test4"

The url will be chopped of at the & sign. The URL requested by pingdom is "http://example.com/test123?test1=test2&"

Pingdom transactions should support & in the url.
