It would be nice to have the ability to create automatic approval rules within the Patch Manager interface. I'm currently training junior members of my team to work in Patch Manger and it would be very beneficial if the only interface they had to look at was Patch Manger. When they find out they can go into WSUS and change things there it gets confusing.
